This project began in the latter part of 1999 and was finally completed in mid 2000. Empty Boats was the turning point to Stephen's music who began to create a more Ambient /New Age sound. Empty Boats is dedicated to all the Old Sea Dogs no longer with us. May their sea tales live on.
